The spread of misinformation through media and social networks threatens many aspects of society, including public health and the state of democracies. One approach to mitigating the effect of misinformation focuses on individual-level interventions, equipping policymakers and the public with essential tools to curb the spread and influence of falsehoods. Here we introduce a toolbox of individual-level interventions for reducing harm from online misinformation. Comprising an up-to-date account of interventions featured in 81 scientific papers from across the globe, the toolbox provides both a conceptual overview of nine main types of interventions, including their target, scope and examples, and a summary of the empirical evidence supporting the interventions, including the methods and experimental paradigms used to test them. The nine types of interventions covered are accuracy prompts, debunking and rebuttals, friction, inoculation, lateral reading and verification strategies, media-literacy tips, social norms, source-credibility labels, and warning and fact-checking labels. Kozyreva et al. review evidence from individual-level interventions for fighting online misinformation featured in 81 scientific papers. They classify the interventions in nine different types and summarize their findings in a toolbox.

Percentage of vaccine-negative webpages in different SERPs Conclusion Our analysis shows that while it may well be technically possible to design a search engine that manages to balance privacy-preservation with the promotion of high IQ material, this is currently not the case. The current relationship between privacy-preserving design features of search engines and the IQ of the results they return is inverse (although not proportionally). In instances where this can have a negative impact on public health, as in the example we have provided of the promotion of anti-vaccine misinformation, not intervening to alter the design of the algorithm even if this means sacrificing some degree of user privacy - can lead to severe harm for a large population of user and is, therefore, unethical. Designing a search engine that is privacy savvy and avoids issues with filter bubbles that can result from user-tracking may be a good thing, like designing a car with an engine that does not pollute and is inexpensive to run, and designers should seek to balance the different aspects of search engine design highlighted in Figure 3. However, if the brakes in an environmentally-designed car do not work, the car is unsafe and this negates the positive ethical decisions made by the designers. In a car this is a highly unlikely design outcome, as a car has to undergo several rounds of testing by regulatory agencies before being allowed on the market. This is not yet the case for search engines, which are only regulated from the perspective of data protection – which is primarily interpreted as data security rather than data privacy. Our study suggests that this is necessary but insufficient, and instead mechanisms should be developed to test search engines from the perspective of IQ, (particularly for YMYL webpages) before they can be deemed trustworthy providers of public health information. 7 Mai 2024. L’Agence européenne des médicaments retire l’autorisation de mise sur le marché du vaccin AstraZeneca à la demande du fabricant. Depuis Février 2021, de nombreux cas d’effets secondaires graves et de décès ont été signalés dans le monde entier. Aux Etats-Unis, des dizaines de cas d’une maladie rare du sang, la thrombocytopénie, suscitent une enquête. En Corée du Sud, sept personnes sont décédées dans la semaine suivant leur vaccination avec AstraZeneca. En Norvège, des hémorragies cutanées ont été observées chez les jeunes ayant reçu une dose du vaccin. En France, le vaccin AstraZeneca a été suspendu en Mars 2021. Mais le 17 Mai 2021, Olivier Véran, ministre de la Santé, fait la promotion du vaccin : « AstraZeneca est un vaccin qui est très efficace… très efficace, et qui est sûr chez toutes les personnes chez qui il est proposé. Ces personnes sont les Françaises et les Français âgées de 55 ans et plus. Je le redis, et ce sont les médecins, ce sont les pharmaciens, ce sont les infirmiers qui vaccinent avec ce vaccin ». Agnès Pannier-Runacher, ministre déléguée chargée de l’Industrie : « Je veux d’abord dire que le vaccin AstraZeneka est sûr et efficace, il est sûr et efficace dans des proportions qui sont souvent pas atteintes par des vaccins classiques. Je le redis parce que je crois que ce message doit être très largement diffusé. Moi, j’aurais pas pris le risque de recommander à mes parents qui ont plus de 75 ans, de recommander à ma fille qui est soignante de se vacciner à l’AstraZeneca si j’avais eu la moindre perception d’un risque pour eux par rapport aux difficultés qu’ils pouvaient encourir dans l’utilisation de ce vaccin ». De nombreuses personnes qui avaient confiance dans la science et dans les médecins ont perdu la vie à cause de ce « vaccin », sans parler des effets secondaires graves.Mais les quatre « vaccins » sont en cause. Une thérapie génique en phase expérimentale conçue par des escrocs notoires est présentée comme la seule solution, en dépit des preuves manifestes de fraude à chaque étape des tests. Aucune donnée sur les effets à long terme n’est disponible, l’éthique médicale de base est ignorée, la vaccination est affichée comme un geste civique. Mais ses concepteurs affirment qu’elle ne réduit ni la transmission, ni l’infection. Le produit est offert aux enfants, qui ne constituent pas une population à risque, malgré un doute de son impact sur la fertilité ou celui de l’ARN sur l’ADN. Dès Septembre 2021, Virginie Joron, députée européenne, comptabilisait les effets indésirables et les décès survenus par suite d’injections de vaccins anti-Covid en Europe, avec des chiffres issus de l’Agence européenne du médicament. Et au 26 Mars 2022, le bilan des réactions par vaccin était le suivant : AstraZeneca : 8638 décès et 1 211 660 blessures. Johnson et Johnson : 2729 décès et 140 902 blessures. Moderna : 11 592 décès et 646 737 blessures. Pfizer : 19 548 décès et 1 985 679 blessures. Au 5 Avril 2022, le nombre total de réactions, tous vaccins confondus, s’établissait ainsi : 42 507 décès et 3 984 978 blessures.Aux Etats-Unis, au 24 Décembre 2021, Open Vaers donnait les chiffres suivants : 1 000 227 événements indésirables qui se décomposent comme suit : 21 002 décès, 110 609 hospitalisations, 3435 fausses couches, 10 640 crises cardiaques, 22 117 ont développé une myocardite – péricardite, 35 650 handicapés permanents, 23 892 affections mettent la vie en danger.Une grande partie des familles et des patients n’ont pas signalé les décès et les effets secondaires. Aussi, les chiffres réels sont beaucoup plus importants. Au fil des années, ces chiffres s’accroissent et vont continuer à s’accroître. Mais bien des personnes ne font pas le rapprochement vaccin – décès ou maladie grave – et ne déclarent pas l’affection médicale. Souvent aussi, les autorités médicales refusent d’enregistrer ces décès et ces maladies comme effets secondaires de la vaccination. La dangerosité et la létalité des vaccins expérimentaux inoculés est flagrante. Les politiques au pouvoir auraient dû suspendre immédiatement les campagnes de vaccination en cours.En Israël, les chiffres de mortalité interpellent. Dès le début de 2021, par suite du déclenchement de la campagne de vaccination, les cas de Covid explosent. Les vaccinations causent plus de décès que le coronavirus ne l’aurait fait. En Août 2021, le docteur Vladimir Zelenko s’exprime sur la dangerosité des vaccins, la corruption pharmaceutique et l’hypothèse d’une arme biologique génocidaire. « Donc sous tous les angles d’approche du problème… Risque aigu (court terme) : caillots de sang, inflammation du cœur, fausse couche. Risque subaigu (moyen terme) : réaction immunitaire pathologique désastreuse. Risque à long terme : augmentation des maladies auto-immunes, des cancers, de l’infertilité. Le docteur Robert Malone, qui a inventé la technologie ARNm brevetée pour le vaccin, a averti : « N’utilisez pas cela, le gouvernement vous ment ». Le docteur Luc Montagnier, prix Nobel, a prévenu : « C’est le plus grand risque de génocide de l’histoire de l’humanité ». Le 30 Août 2021, le docteur David Bauer constate que l’injection fait baisser les défenses immunitaires : « Plus on reçoit de doses, plus notre niveau d’anticorps neutralisants diminue ». Il montre que les vaccinés Pfizer deux doses ont environ cinq à six fois moins d’anticorps neutralisants : « Ce sont des anticorps de votre système immunitaire qui bloquent l’entrée du virus dans vos cellules. Nous avons vu qu’il y en a moins. Pour les vaccinés une dose, nous avons vu que les gens sont moins susceptibles d’avoir ces anticorps dans leur sang. Et plus vous êtes âgé, plus vos niveaux vont être bas ». Il faudra « des rappels boosters pour les nouveaux variants. On baisse votre système immunitaire et on justifie des vaccins. C’est sans fin, les amis ». Début Janvier 2022, le gouvernement britannique admet que les vaccins ont endommagé le système immunitaire naturel des personnes vaccinées.Le Royaume-Uni fait des études et divulgue les résultats : 74 745 décès excédentaires en 2021, lien entre la mortalité et le vaccin contre le Covid-19, affections cardiaques résultant des injections, développement du syndrome d’immunodéficience acquise chez les triples vaccinés. Aux Etats-Unis, en 2021, les décès ont augmenté de 40% chez les personnes âgées de 18 à 64 ans. Le nombre de cancers a triplé dans l’armée. En Australie, pour Janvier et Février 2022, 29 685 décès, soit 20,5 % de plus que la moyenne historique. En Allemagne, les autopsies confirment que le vaccin anti-Covid est la cause de nombreux décès. Selon le professeur Burkhart, « pas un seul organe, pas une seule fonction corporelle ne sont indemnes » à la suite d’une injection. En France, on enregistre également une augmentation du nombre de décès. Le vaccin est mis en place début 2021. Dans les Alpes-Maritimes, du 1er Janvier au 15 Mars 2021, les décès enregistrés sont en forte hausse de 21,8 %. Dans la première semaine de Mars, l’augmentation est de 39 %. Dans les Deux-Sèvres, augmentation de 26,2 %. Dans la Haute-Loire, augmentation de 26,9 %. Les décès s’envolent après la vaccination.Les vaccins sont des armes biologiques. Le vaccin cause des ravages dans le système immunitaire. Karen Kingston, ancienne employée de Pfizer, analyste en biotechnologie, explique : « Il y a eu plus de personnes atteintes de la Covid à cause du vaccin, comparé à celles qui ont reçu des placebos ; mais ils ont retiré 409 personnes du groupe de vaccinés, affirmant qu’elles avaient eu des effets secondaires. L’effet secondaire est la maladie … La majorité des gens sont d’accord pour dire que la protéine Spike du laboratoire de Wuhan qui a été mise sur le génome le 10 Janvier est une arme biologique. Si vous lisez la lettre d’approbation de la FDA, quels sont les ingrédients des vaccins ? C’est le code de l’ARNm synthétique, le code généré par l’Intelligence Artificielle, généré par ordinateur, qui a été injecté dans votre corps et qui produit – et là je cite verbatim – la protéine Spike de la séquence complète à partir du génome. Il est indiqué dans la lettre d’approbation (de la FDA) que le vaccin produit une arme biologique. Les données indiquent qu’il y a plus de personnes vaccinées que de personnes non vaccinées atteintes de Covid-19 ». La maladie de Creutzfeld-Jacob, annoncée comme risque éventuel du vaccin ARNm par le professeur Luc Montagnier début 2021, est bien présente. 4 Mai 2022, Marc Doyer fait part du décès de son épouse Mauricette, touchée par cette maladie après injection Covid-19. 28 cas en France de 1992 à 2019. 22 cas dans le même hôpital, 15 jours après injection. Le docteur Stéphanie Seneff affirme que les vaccins provoquent des dommages cérébraux irréversibles et des maladies neurologiques catastrophiques : maladie de Parkinson, maladie d’Alzheimer, sclérose latérale amyotrophique.Les vaccinés sont plus touchés et plus dangereux que les autres. Les non-vaccinés risquent de se faire contaminer par les vaccinés. Le professeur Christian Perronne le confirme : « Les personnes non-vaccinées ne sont pas dangereuses pour les autres. Les cas graves dans les hôpitaux sont parmi les personnes vaccinées ». Le docteur Astrid Stuckelberger : « En fait, ce sont les non-vaccinés qui devraient se protéger des vaccinés ». Et selon les documents Pfizer, les vaccinés peuvent contaminer par inhalation ou par contact cutané. La vaccination n’a donc pas fait reculer l’épidémie partout où elle a été appliquée. D’ailleurs, les pays en développement les moins vaccinés d’Afrique et d’Asie s’en sont beaucoup mieux sortis que les pays développés les plus vaccinés. C’est un fait. Au-delà de l’incompétence, de l’aveuglement des autorités politiques et médicales, des raisons réelles expliquent cet acharnement vaccinal.Malgré ses dénégations, l’OMS a bien mené des recherches sur les vaccins contraceptifs. Les fondations Gates et Rockefeller sont les plus actives dans les secteurs sanitaires de la vaccination et du contrôle des naissances. L’OMS, sous influence privée, dirige la gouvernance mondiale sanitaire. L’OMS utilise des vaccins stérilisateurs à l’insu des populations, utilise la vaccination comme une technologie biomédicale de contrôle des populations et de la natalité mondiale, en cohérence avec l’idéologie et les objectifs stratégiques de la gouvernance mondiale. La Fondation Gates finance l’OMS, poursuit un objectif vaccinal global et soutient le GAVI, l’Alliance Globale pour les Vaccins et l’Immunisation. L’OMS a des racines eugénistes et transhumanistes. L’eugénisme internationaliste prend le pas sur l’eugénisme racialiste, revêt la forme d’un eugénisme humanitaire, projeté à l’échelle planétaire et cosmopolitique, l’eugénisme progressiste de Julian Huxley, mais garde son cœur idéologique de réforme et de dépassement de la nature humaine par la puissance de la technique.Des pratiques médicales relèvent de l’eugénisme : l’avortement, la fécondation in vitro avec transfert d’embryons, la stérilisation involontaire ou forcée, l’euthanasie, le projet du génome humain en vue d’affiner la sélection des enfants avant la naissance, l’ingérence de l’Etat dans la famille. L’ensemble de l’humanité doit être régénéré ou protégé génétiquement et racialement. Julian Huxley forge à cette fin le terme de Transhumanisme. Les hommes les plus riches font passer un message : c’est l’humanité qui est un danger pour la planète. L’obsession globaliste est de réduire la population mondiale pour sauver la planète. Et il y a un consensus des élites en faveur de la décroissance démographique.La question de la réduction de la population à l’horizon 2050 est centrale pour les dirigeants de la gouvernance mondiale. La dépopulation massive constitue un objectif stratégique majeur de l’idéologie globaliste. Le projet de collectivisme bio politique actuel ne peut dominer de manière durable sur une population mondiale trop étendue. Avec le Covid-19 et la vaccination eugénique du genre humain, le projet mondialiste de République universelle du genre humain a franchi une étape décisive. The Great Vaccine Leap Forward by Fjordman The people of China have repeatedly been used as pawns in grandiose plans. Authoritarian leaders have wanted to carry out major upheavals in society, without considering the suffering this could inflict on individuals. In The Great Leap Forward under the Communist dictator Mao, China was to become an economic superpower through the collectivization of Chinese agriculture. People were treated as faceless means of production. The result was disastrous. One of the frightening things about our age is that Western leaders are now inflicting great suffering on their populations by subjecting them to grandiose social and medical experiments. Several specialists warn against what they call turbo cancer. Different types of cancers are now suddenly behaving more aggressively and developing faster than they normally would have done just a few years ago. Many young people are also affected by this. This phenomenon seems to have begun after hundreds of millions of people across much of the world were injected with mRNA-based so-called coronavirus vaccines. One of the experts who directly links the increase in aggressive cancer to the so-called corona vaccines is Ute Krüger from Germany. She has worked in Sweden for a long time and speaks Swedish well. Krüger is a specialist in pathology with more than 25 years of experience. For many years, she has also conducted cancer research at Lund University.[1] Since the fall of 2022, she has been warning against the emergence of a new type of fast-growing “turbo tumors”. Many different types of cancer are showing a strong increase over the past few years, in both men and women.[2] She has sounded the alarm in the scientific community, but has not received the response she had hoped for. No one in Kalmar, Sweden, where Krüger was employed, was interested in the study she proposed. Despite increasing documentation of serious and potentially life-threatening side effects, criticism of mRNA-based injections has been dismissed as conspiracy theories for several years. Ute Krüger has now resigned as a senior physician and runs a private clinic.[3] Another cancer expert who takes the problem of turbo cancer very seriously is Professor Angus Dalgleish in the UK. He argues that mRNA injections “are not vaccines at all but Genetically Modified Organisms that should have been subject to totally different regulatory conditions and certainly not be classed as vaccines.”[4] Dalgleish has repeatedly stated publicly that mRNA-based injections are so harmful and dangerous to human health that they must be halted and banned. When doctors began to suspect that smoking greatly increased the risk of lung cancer, it took many years before this was widely accepted as a fact. The tobacco industry spent considerable resources fighting this conclusion, which directly threatened their revenues. In conversation with John Campbell, Angus Dalgleish compares this to the situation today. There is growing evidence that mRNA injections carry a significantly increased risk of serious health damage or death. This includes heart failure, but also a significantly increased risk of developing aggressive cancer.[5] Major pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Moderna will fight tooth and nail against any suggestion that their so-called corona vaccines cause health damage or death for many people. Such a conclusion would directly threaten their revenues. In April 2024, however, a very thorough and serious scientific study was published in Japan that demonstrated substantial increases in mortality rates for a number of cancer types in the year 2022. By this time, most of the Japanese population had received multiple doses of mRNA vaccine. This detailed study links a significant number of deaths directly to so-called corona vaccines.[6] Professor Angus Dalgleish fears that we haven’t yet seen all the damage from the vaccine campaign. Normally it takes years for cancer to develop. Will we see many cases of aggressive cancer and other health damage among the vaccinated in the years to come? In a long but interesting video, John Campbell has invited the Australian lawyer Julian Gillespie to talk about mRNA. Gillespie also argues that the mRNA injections were not just experimental gene therapy. Formally, they should have been legally classified as genetically modified organisms (GMOs). They were not vaccines and should never have been presented as such to the public. Julian Gillespie points out how grotesque it is that people were ridiculed or demonized as “anti-vaxxers” because they refused to take experimental injections that were not vaccines.[7] At the beginning of 2020, mortality from the COVID-19 coronavirus was dramatically exaggerated. The World Health Organization (WHO) suggested a mortality rate of well over 3%. The truth was nowhere near this. The world was being frightened with baseless fear campaigns. Matt Hancock, the former British health secretary overseeing the 2020 lockdowns and 2021 vaccination campaigns in the UK, wanted to “frighten” the public with how dangerous the virus supposedly was.[8] He was by no means the only one to do so. Alternative treatments for COVID-19 such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, well-known drugs that the pharmaceutical industry would not make much money from, were ridiculed.[9] Some wanted to focus on more traditional vaccine technology. This included Russia and China. Chinese authorities, although they can be very repressive, did not pressure their own population into taking mRNA-based injections. The German doctor Winfried Stöcker developed a coronavirus vaccine in his lab and administered it to volunteers — without getting it approved first. The authorities cracked down on him for this. Stöcker himself pointed out that since his vaccine was not mRNA-based, there was “no need to fear an uncontrolled spread of genetic information introduced into the human organism.”[10] Perhaps this vaccine was indeed developed too quickly. Yet AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna had their hastily developed products approved as vaccines by Western authorities in a very short time. Why was it so critically important to push dangerous mRNA-based genetic technology, which had never been tested on humans on a large scale, onto the Western population against a relatively harmless virus? And why did they lie to the public that these were ordinary vaccines? The Great Leap Forward was the policy pursued in Communist China under Mao Zedong from 1958 to around 1961. This was supposed to create economic progress. The result was a disaster. Historians disagree on the exact number of people who died during this experiment, but the number of victims was undoubtedly many millions of human beings. I would like to suggest that the pressure on the world’s populations since 2020 and 2021 to take mRNA-based injections can be referred to as The Great Vaccine Leap Forward. This term might be debatable if the mRNA injections are not to be classified as real vaccines. However, as they were promoted as vaccines, the name is fact-based. It remains to be seen how much damage The Great Vaccine Leap Forward will cause. However, the number of people who have died or suffered serious health damage is probably in the millions globally. And the number of victims continues to rise.
