The Western Ballaz have uploaded pictures from the game in Orange Walk last Sunday.  They defeated the Running Rebels, putting them in first place in the Elite League.  They host the Dangriga Warriors this Saturday at the SHC auditorium.  The game has been rescheduled to start at 9:00pm so it can be shown on channel 5.  Come out and support Cayo's number 1 team.

The road trip to Corozal to see the Cayo Western Ballaz triumph over the Corozal Heat was a lot of fun.  The final score was 78 to 76.  They'll be hosting the Dangriga Warriors here in Cayo, at the SHC auditorium, on the 22nd.

The Western Ballaz host the Dangriga Warriors tomorrow at the SHC auditorium.  The warm up game is SHC vs. SHJC.  This is their first home game so come on out and support the number 1 ranked team in the Elite League.  The game will be televised on channel 5.  The video is channel 5's highlights from last week's game, where they defeated the Running Rebels in Orange Walk.

"Tip off found Kurt Burgess of Ballaz and Ian Carcamo of OW facing off- Burgess taps to Mark O’brien and we’re underway.  Leith Paulino powers the home team to a 12 – 8 lead with this good looking three point shot and he would finish with 11 points and 6 rebounds.  However, Kurt Burgess who came in as the assist leader in the league with 8, banks this triple off the glass to pull his team to a 16 – 13 lead at the end of the 1st quarter."

The Western Ballaz are having their first home game on February 22nd, at their base, the Sacred Heart College auditorium.  It'll be a huge night for basketball in Cayo.  The opening game will be SHJC vs. SHC.  The opening ceremony for the Ballaz will be at 7:45pm, where the team will be introduced.  The Western Ballaz will then play the Dangriga Warriors.  The after party will be at Meluchi's.  Come out and support the best team in the Elite League.
