Scholarship opportunity. The Verdes are scouting for football players from 14 to 16 years old next Tuesday through Thursday. A scholarship in Italy will be awarded. It'll take place at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan. Call 613-5560 for more information.

The Jaguars will be hosting Grand Cayman on March 25th as part of the 2018 World Cup qualification rounds.  They've released the roster, and Cayo has quite a few great players on there.  They'll have the home field advantage since they'll play at the FFB Stadium.  Practice hard!

Go Belize Jaguars

The Belize Jaguars have a short video out showing some of their highlights.  In their final preparation match for the CONCACAF Gold Cup, the National Team will take on the PLB All Stars this Saturday night at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan at 7:30PM.  The entrance fee will be $5.00.


"Making history and qualifying for the very first time, Belize now moves on to participate in the Gold Cup.  Belize's young football players are determined to take Belizean football to another level."

The FFB Stadium in Belmopan is getting a little upgrade of its own.  They are preparing the field.  It gets inspected tomorrow and Friday by CONCACAF. 


"The preparation of the grass on the FFB field started yesterday the 24/6/2014.  Inspection will be done by Concacaf officials on the 19 & 20/6/2014.  Bandits FC representatives were on hand to view the works being carried out at the stadium."

The UNCAF U-16 matches are this week, at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan, and Belize plays every night at 7:00pm.  Nicaragua tonight, then El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica on Friday night.  If you can't make it to the games, you can see them on most TV stations.  Go, Jaguars!
