What a great review for La Ixtapai restaurant at Cahal Pech Resort.
"Jaya and I looked at each other, stunned by the soup. The texture of the not-fully-blended vegetables, the special mix of exotic spices, the perfect balance of chicken or vegetable or secret stock to bring out all of the flavours. I needed the recipe. But first, I needed more soup."
