The Cayo Scoop Halloween Cup 9 ball tournament was Saturday at Mom's Backyard. It was a fun evening, and had a good showing too. It came down to one shot in the last game, with Luis and Oscar tied 3 to 3. First place was $200 and a trophy. Second was $100 and a trophy. Third was a case of Kubuli beer. Thanks to everyone that came out, and a special thanks to Mom's for hosting the event and giving the case of Kubuli.

We're teaming up with the Cayo Billiards Association and Mom's Backyard to have a 9 ball tournament on the 26th and 27th. "Mom's Backyard presents CAYO SCOOP HALLOWEEN CUP, Single-Man 9 Ball Tournament on October 26th & 27th at 11 a.m. Sharp.. REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00.. Race to Five Double Elimination PRIZES: 1st & 2nd Place Trophies plus Cash Prize, 3rd Place 1 Case Belikin Beer. Mom's Backyard hosted a 9 ball tournament yesterday. This was the first of many that will be held around Cayo. Congratulations to Wallace, Montes, and David! The next one will be a Halloween billiards tournament, so start honing your shooting skills.
