A big thanks to 4 the World, who put together self defense training classes for kids, which took place in Calla Creek. Looks like they had some fun, and learned some good techniques too. They also had their Yoga Workshop at the Benque HoC. "Self Defense Training for kids in Cayo was a lot of fun thanks to Katie Myers and crew. Our volunteers were eager to work with these great kids in Benque Viejo and Calla Creek Village."

Tomorrow there will be two free women's self defense classes in Cayo. The first will be at the Women's Department building from 9am until 1pm. The second will be at the Benque House of Culture, and will go from 2pm until 5pm. A big thanks to Renee Wentz and the Women's Department!

Tomorrow, at Hode's, starting at 11:00am, there will be a free self defense seminar. Karma Senge, who's done 3 sessions at Sacred Heart Junior College, will be giving the event. The seminar will look at all aspects of self defense.
"Coach Karma is a Reality-Based Self Defence Instructor living in Belize. He has taught in 38 countries to various military, and law enforcement as well as government agencies and civilians as well. And has a wealth of knowledge to share. So Please come and join us as well as pleasetell everyone you know about the event."

Sacred Heart Junior College is doing their part to educate their students and staff in the art of self defense. Mr. Karma Senge of Primal Survival will be instructing tonight, next Wednesday, and next Friday. They'll be having it under their new pavillion.

4 the World and the Benque House of Culture are doing another free female self defense class today. It'll be at the Benque HoC at 4:00pm. They did the first class yesterday, and there was a great turnout. The training was lead by Robbie Russell.
