Interesting article. It seems that many itnerviewers are still asking the basic ice-breaker questions and the weakness and strength question.
I always recommend for every interviewee to know what their strengths are, why they are the best candidate for the position, and an area that they have identified to work and strengthen.
Even if they are not asked these type of questions...the interviewee is still clear in their mind and more confident and prepared when they are asked the questions.
