This article is about Allen West, a Florida Representative, and his complaint challenging the result of the election which he was a candidate to a Representative for the House. He lost this re-election by 2,442 votes. his opponent was the Democratic Representative Patrick Murphy. West believed that he was the wild swing vote and that there was a good change he could have been victorious and that is was only fair to the voters too investigate. This applies the voting issues because West believed that the numbers lied and that a recount was necessary to prove the true winner.
