I had a yogurt cup after work and a yogurt cup before dinner. From a food decision perspective, I feel good about the day. The negative about the day is I did nothing in terms of exercise. I was just physically tired. I went to bed an hour earlier than normal. I hardly ever miss a day on the bike, and when I do I try not to beat myself up too badly and just make sure and get back on it the next day.
