Here is the coverage of Ohio's House Bill 119...the latest attempt to regulate "toy guns." Only, just like PAINTBALL AND BB/PELLET GUNS...AIRSOFT ARE NOT TOYS, and should never be classified with toys!

This was NOT an airsoft gun, but a BB pistol which is NOT REQUIRED to have an orange tip…not that it matters in Cleveland, home of the latest high-profile officer-involved shooting of a kid in a park with a gun….sheesh…. We added the emphasis….
